very good. all their meat has been pre frozen so we just get sub tofu. very cute place! much love to the chefs and the servers. very nice and quiet most the time. their spicy dishes are quite nice; you can ask to have it mild or hot. we come here often, do recommend!

Nice staff, only one waiter working room and although she had a great attitude and doing a great job she seems pretty overwhelmed. We saw all the good review thinking the food will be good but it was really bad, honestly this is the most generic over sweetened msg Chinese food. We are here as a family of 5 and all of us ordered different meals and none of us were content with our meals. 2 stars because of good service and big portions, we are going somewhere else to eat tho, a shame would of loved to have a nice meal

Everything was delicious. The Hot and Sour soup should have been a little bit more sour but even so it was still better than anywhere else I’ve had it lately. The veggies were cooked to perfection. Definitely my new Chinese restaurant go to!

We had received high ratings of Mountain Bistro from Parowan locals, so we decided to try their weekday lunch. The dishes we received were tasty with just enough food for our mid-day appetites. Two things keep this from being 5-star, though. First, there is NO access stall in either Men’s or Women’s restrooms. Second, spice levels are decidedly muted. I had the garlic chicken, and although I could see garlic in the over-abundant sauce, I could not taste it. My spouse finally doused the plate of cashew chicken with soy sauce just to boost the flavor of that dish. I will point out, however, that the zucchini were perfectly cooked, and I am very picky about that! I look forward to trying some of their spicier food at the new restaurant (hopefully with up-to-date restrooms) in Cedar City when they open sometime in March 2020!

Completely wowed at this place. The food is beautifully presented, is flavorful and all around excellent. I tend to judge a Chinese restaurant by their hot and sour soup- theirs is astounding. The restaurant is extra clean and the service is outstanding. 10/10 will do this again. (Pictured is the Mongolian beef).

Food was amazing. Every thing was fresh. Ordered ahead was not disappointed. As you can see from photo breakfast was not the standard continental. Cooked to order and was included with room rate. What a deal!

Introducing Mountain Bistro’s new Sweet and Sour Chicken entree. Most people would call this chicken nuggets with sweet and sour drizzled over the top, but not MB. This is the actual entree. It hasn’t always been this way, They used to have delicious Sweet and Sour Chicken. When I asked why I got chicken nuggets the waiter told me this is the new entree. I was so highly disappointed. Definitely not the awesome restaurant it used to be.

Absolutely amazing! We stopped here on our way back from visiting Bryce Canyon and it was the perfect meal. The food tastes fresh and is probably some of the best Chinese food that we have had outside of Chinatown in NYC. We will definitely back!
