Serious degradation in the menu and service. Why would a successful company totally change their menu when it used to be so simple to order? I understand prices increasing but changing the menu to cover them up makes no sense.

I normally have a great experience. This go round my order was wrong, employees did not seem to care and seemed irritated that I wanted my correct order. Then on top of having my order wrong and having to wait yet again they charged me for two cups of ice. The least they could have done was given me that for free and not charge me almost 6 dollars. I specifically placed my order online with a specific time to pick up because I had plans with my fiance. Needless to say for me the night was messed up. I wanted to ask for my money back but I felt that would have been messed up as well. I love Chicken Salad Chick but not sure if I will go back to this location, at least not when those staff members are there.

First time to eat here. Got there a little early and waited for others in our party to arrive. Restaurant is decorated nice and I was really looking forward to our time there. We were there for a family member’s birthday supper, 6 of us, and we ordered our food at 6:15. They were not busy, about 12 people in the dining area when we got there. The cashier that took our order was not friendly at all, she also brought us our food. 35 mins before closing time, the tea and lemonade dispensers were emptied. A family member went to buy some chicken salad 30 mins before closing, it was already put up, and the cashier said something like “well, I guess I can get you some out of the refrigerator.” I regret giving a tip when I placed our order. Very disappointed. Will not recommend nor eat there again.

I got five different chicken salads on croissants. But I didn’t want chicken salad and couldn’t get a Turkey club by itself you have to pay 9.99 for a combo. So I went without. Why won’t you just sell a Turkey club sandwich?? Some booths are tattered. Looks like a solid 95 on health score. I ended up stopping at Arbys to get a Turkey Ranch and bacon sandwich.

I ordered Fancy Nancy on a croissant with mixed fruit. Chicken salad was completely flavorless and my mixed fruit cup consisted of grapes, (mostly soft) and one strawberry. The pickle and cookie were the best on the plate. Disappointed.
