I got my normal frozen mocha madness, which I usually love. Today, it took forever, and the coffee was not good. Basically coffee flavored ice. I don’t think they put any sweeteners in it. Very disappointed.

Please put the French silk mocha back on the menu! Every time I order it since the new menu has been up I get the most random drinks that taste nothing like chocolate and vanilla. ALSO what is going on with the giant boba type straws? They’re a whole mess and you spill coffee trying to get the straw into the lid

If you love Dutch Brothers, you will like this place. Veeeerrrry sweet! I do not like Dutch Brothers. 🙁 But they have a fun drink menu and cool flavors they’ve created. Sorry it didn’t work out.

Worker was having such a nice leisurely visit with lady in vehicle ahead of me, didn’t want to be bothered with the next customer … Money changed hands, goods delivered, visiting continued. Too annoying for words, customer service great I guess if you are bff’s with those on staff, otherwise, take your money to Starbucks, McDonalds or anywhere else where they are considerate of all customers.
