Viva has never once failed me. I’ve gone the the university location, the stallings location as well as Park road and uptown locations. Food is always great. Was greeted immediately as soon as I walked in. Everyone had a smile and service was prompt especially with a short lunch! Keep up the good work guys!

It’s hard to find a better place in CLT. Great food, at outstanding prices. For me it’s a win when I can feed my family of 4 cheaper at Viva than I can at a fast food joint! In addition, it’s quality made food.

I always have a good experience when visiting! The manager (I don’t remember his name; on the receipt it says Anthony but not sure if that’s his name or not) is always upbeat, cheerful and full of energy as he gives his best to each and every customer no matter how busy it is. And it’s ALWAYS BUSY whenever I stop in there! He seems to remember me when I visit regardless of the period of time between visits! The chicken and all of the other food is always delicious and fresh! I appreciate the excellent job of the staff there! Will definitely continue to be a loyal customer at this restaurant!
