Cafeteria style, generous portions, lots of authentic options. The food was very delicious, staff was friendly. We will be back when the craving for bopis hits again. Wish they were open later for dinner.

Not inexpensive but it’s not cheap-quality fast food, either. This is homemade Filipino food served and prepared by “Aunties.” Walk-in, counter order and service with a few simple dine in tables. Hours are limited so check those before you go. The food is offered a la carte (which is what the wall menu seems to show) or combo with rice and lumpia (long narrow fried egg rolls – REALLY good). The food I’ve had so far is excellent. The pancit is vegetarian (no sausage). The spicy beef has a slightly gamey taste which is not bad at all if you’re into that. If this is new to you, I’d suggest the chicken Adobo and the ground beef stew.

I have been here a few times in the Philippines, we call it karindirya (turo-turo)- you point your finger on which dish you like. And that’s what this place is. I like coming here when I don’t feel like cooking my own Filipino food, and especially for dishes that are complicated to cook. The food is not as delicious if you would cook it yourself at home but also isn’t bad. I would recommend the desserts here, tho, halo-halo(mix mix) and turon (fried banana and jack fruit). They do combos on weekdays and are cheaper those days. On the weekends, they do not offer combos and, therefore, more expensive.

Good Filipino food, only thing is it would nice to have more spicy food. If you want to have Filipino food but dont like eating spicy then this the place for you. Very friendly staff, they said they may get a karaoke machine before the summer.

Wonderful food and legit. I live somewhere without many Filipinos so I like to eat Filipino food when I’m around anywhere that has a restaurant. Did not disappoint. Lola run kitchen which is all you need to know, to gauge the deliciousness of the food.

No prices listed, be prepared to spend all your money on lunch… In Fairborn. If you love phil food it may be what you were waiting for. If you want to try something new, maybe not the best spot to try in Dayton.

Within the first few bites, my wife said it tasted like going to dinner at her Filipino grandfather’s house for dinner. Memories of dishes she had nearly forgotten came rushing back – with a few tears! Try this… open your hearts and your tastebuds. Be ready for a few very different flavors and textures… and boatloads of familiar, robust ones that you already know and love if you enjoy Asian and/or Hispanic food.

Let me just say that I’m happy that I visited here. As much as I can, I will support filipino owned businesses here in USA. I ordered (Beef Caldereta, Giniling, Pansit and Halo-Halo) 2 cups of rice and free 2 cups of sinigang soup was given to us (included in the order). We ended up with ($45) bill tip and tac included. We were the only one there inside the restaurant during that time. It was quiet and I like the “karinderya” feel to it. Would definitely recommend this place. And if I may say, the pansit needs a bit of upgrade (more taste and ingredients) pls..

It’s a Filipino restaurant that serves the food cafeteria style. If you’re not familiar with Filipino food this is a good restaurant to start out with. The ladies are super nice and the food is delicious.
