Red Line BBQ catered for our wedding in Fort Atkinson, WI and it was a great experience. Mitch and his team were prepared and so helpful. We had a buffet and it went smoothly with all of our 160 guests being served in a very timely manner. The food was absolutely delicious. We received compliments from our guests and my husband was very excited about having leftovers to take home and eat. He said they had some of the best barbecue sauce that he’s ever had. My personal favorites were the Mac and cheese and the brisket. The potato salad seemed to be very popular with our guests. Thanks Mitch and the team at Red Line BBQ for catering our event with delicious food and making it such a pleasant experience.

We had ordered shredded Brisket and Mac and Cheese for our sons graduation party. It was amazing!! Everyone had great compliments and it was definitely a hit. We live over an hour away and we try to get there as often as we can. Very friendly service and the cooking speaks for itself. Keep doing great things and thanks again!

Best BBQ around! My husband and I have had the food 5 or 6 times already and its always delicious! I get the loaded mac n cheese with pulled pork and he gets the pulled pork sandwich. The portions are huge, I always have leftovers for 2 more meals! The owners are so nice and welcoming too. This is definitely our go to when craving comfort food! 🙂

What a great BBQ joint! We enjoyed some of the best food here. The beef brisket and Carolina pork sammies were great. The baked beans, coleslaw, corn bread and macaroni and cheese really hit the spot. I was so anxious to try the food that I didn’t get a picture of our meal. Very friendly and welcoming owners. Can’t wait to come back.

Both I and my husband have had bbq coast to coast, pork-beef-chix and cuts. At joints, competitions, picnics, the places only locals know about. We’ve lived all over the US. This guy is SOLID. Red Line catered our son’s graduation party for about 100 people. Mitch & Carolyn were awesome throughout; from ordering, to delivery and set up. All of our guests enjoyed the food, and many asked about Red Line. We ordered pulled pork, brisket, chopped chicken, beans, mac & cheese, potato salad, coleslaw, and corn bread. The food was amazing! Just the right amount of smoke, lightly sauced, GENEROUS portions, and the sides don’t take second place to the ‘Que.The potato salad and beans are super tasty. Corn bread is moist and delicious. Lots of care goes into the food at this place.

Excellent pulled pork. Portions are large. I’m usually not a cornbread person but theirs was spot on, not gritty, not dry almost cake like. A real treat. My husband really liked the beans. My daughter and I tried the mac and cheese and potato salad as well. Everything was very tasty. Will definitely come back!

Myself and the company I work for are hosting an RV show here in Jefferson and needed a last minute lunch spot to feed our employees. I called Red Line BBQ around 11:20am and hesitantly asked if they might be able to feed 15-20 people by lunch time. I walked out with roughly 20lbs of food before noon! I’m currently sitting around a table full of people and hearing “This mac and cheese is f**** amazing!” and “Wow, this is seriously good brisket!” Not only did they provide excellent service in a very small window of time, they provided us with the best lunch we’ve had all weekend! I highly recommend!
