This place has an open atmosphere. Beautiful to sit outside or on the front porch. I love the new style inside. Bigger space. Wonderful food. Faith is a hands-on waitress, She kept checking on us, and we felt so spoiled.

A great find! My husband and I finished up some antique shopping and popped over for a bite to eat. Even though we came in 15 min before closing, they seated us and gave us incredible service. Never felt like a burden and didn’t feel rushed.

I genuinely wanted to commend this restaurant and recognize the hard work they invest. I truly value what they stand for. However, my recent visit left me somewhat disappointed. While we received a warm welcome upon arrival, we struggled to find the party we were supposed to meet. Amidst this confusion, one staff member was rather rude, although I understand they were quite busy. Once seated, we experienced a considerable wait for our service. The menu would greatly benefit from an expanded vegetarian range. We chose two bowls of tomato soup, a house salad, and half an order of vegetarian nachos. To our surprise, we incurred an additional charge for guacamole without any prior notice. It seemed reasonable to perceive it as a substitution for meat on the nachos. We waited a while for the food and the waiter only came by once. Including the tip, the total of $70 for our meal, which included two soups, a house salad, half a portion of nachos, and two coffees, seemed quite high. I’m willing to pay for a premium experience, but I would expect both the service and food to match that standard.

I originally went here because they were showing the pride flag. What I got food wise for a bar and grill was outstanding!!!! The gouda mac and cheese with pork belly is not to be missed! This was a suggestion of my wait person, Aileen, who was the most kind, patient, and attentive without being smothering. They were out of scallops. I’ve heard these are amazing… so I’m going back soon in hopes I get to try those! Prices were a touch high… but I think well worth a special night out!

Relaxing and enjoyable, Front Porch Market and Grill pleased on the back porch too. We had a sunny Saturday afternoon lunch that included the prime rib sandwich and grilled salad. The sandwich simply melted in my mouth – it was worth every bite. The service was very friendly, quick and inviting. We were encouraged to look around and see the dining area upstairs. I’d definitely recommend any place in the restaurant. We’ll certainly be back again. It’s also nice to the the American flag flying properly in the front.

Honestly I do not understand the high reviews for this place. Service was a mix of friendly and downright rude/surly at times. Our lunch took over 45 minutes to come out, without a word to us about the delay. When I asked whether the food was coming out soon (after 35 minutes) I was ignored and scoffed at. After the food finally started to come out, it came in pieces, with several of our group left without food for a few minutes still. The food itself was mediocre at best. The nachos were a huge pile of chips with toppings just on the top middle of the pile. The fish tacos were alright but one of three had a bad piece of fish that you couldn’t bite through. The sandwiches were basic and nothing at all special for $17 with chips and dry coleslaw. I guess this place gets by on the fact that there are almost no other options in town but they really need to step up their service and food in my opinion. I wouldn’t recommend this place or ever go back.

Great good, epic cocktails with a great selection of hard to find burbon. I have tried half of the menu items and I have not had anything bad. The tomato soup is the best I have ever had anywhere. You will not be disappointed stopping by this hidden gem in a small town.

Great atmosphere with very nice staff. Food was good with generous portions. Out of berry pie, but did have a nice chocolate cake that went well with the ice cream we requested.

Quaint and interesting location. Staff were excellent and gave us a seat inside for our overheated doggo. Drinks were on point: I had the Dreamin on the Porch). I LOVED my sesame-crusted ahi tuna! I could eat that every day ❤️ So fresh and had the perfect consistency. Kids enjoyed their udon noodle bowls (they’re both ramen addicts). Husband had the Frenched bone-in pork chop topped with the Meyer lemon chutney and served with roasted carrots and potatoes. He was impressed by the perfect level of sear on the meat. The price point is a bit on the higher side, but the food is worth it. Besides, this is located in The Plains I wouldn’t expect any less. Hoping to come visit again sans dog and kids
