Had to order several times because the order taker wouldn’t shut up so he could hear my order. Ordered a drink three times and still couldn’t get it right. Asked to speak to the manager and she blew me off and said I was wrong. NEVER GOING back. KFC lost a customer. I don’t expect anyone to care because if the franchise did I would not have been treated the way I was.

WOW! The Nashville Hot Tenders are HOT! Super spicy…. but delicious! I was not expecting them to be quite so spicy…. but they were! I also ordered extra pickles. They are the “frosting on the cake”. I love KFC! I now have two favorites. The KFC Famous Bowl…. and now the Nashville Hot Tenders!

I ordered 50 chicken tenders for my grandsons first birthday. The order was ready at the time I ask and the employees were very pleasant and helpful! The chicken was excellent. Very meaty and juicy!! I highly recommend this KFC for great service and delicious chicken!

Wasn’t very clean. Bathrooms were alittle gross for most. Food was ok. Had the famous bowl. 6.99. Was made fast probably 3 to 5 min wait at lunch time. Inside wasn’t to busy but I’m sure the drive thru was packed. Wasn’t a cashier so we waited for a little bit before someone helped us.

The food at this KFC is fine. Dining room is in need of updating, but still okay. It wasn’t at all busy inside. We witnessed only four orders being placed while there. Out of those four orders, the staff was batting 1,000. Four of four orders were fouled up in one way or another. On two orders, they shorted the customer part of their order. One customer was shortchanged when he paid by cash. On our order, after we returned to our booth, we discovered that the young man who took our order neglected to ring up our drinks.

Very clean, welcoming friendly atmosphere, the worker Kyle greeted us as he came from the kitchen took our order and didn’t rush us, very friendly, food looked amazing and tasted delicious, was very nice atmosphere to eat in after A hard Day’s work ! We will definitely return here!

This is my 3rd encounter with this manager. She sounds polite but is dismissive and condescending. Today I placed an order online and I go in and the lady behind me was asked if she could be helped she I had to wave at her so she would acknowledge me. She said oh sorry how can I help you? I say hi I placed an order online, she cuts me off and says you can wait over there and dismissively points to the end of the counter. I look at her and tell her I wasn’t finished speaking. She says oh ok. I tell her I ordered online but I didn’t want wings with my order. She asked what I ordered and looked at the screen and said oh that’s gonna be awhile. When we get to it I’ll tell them n immediately starts speaking to the women she tried to initially ignore me for. I should have written then the first time she was rude, or the second, but I guess third time’s the charm. Idk if she’s just rude or doesn’t like black people because each time this happened I happened to be the only black person around and NO ONE else was spoken to the way I was. I’m a pleasant and polite person. I did not deserve to be treated this way by your manager.
