I came in at 10:20pm and was told that they were closed, and only delivery orders were being taken. I complained that in silkscreen on their door it says they are open 7days a week from 11:00am till midnight, the whom I assume is the manager said well everyone knows our position.

The food is always amazing!! BUT…….. I had a huge order and asked for some Garlic sauce on the side and got home and there was none so my husband was pretty upset that they forgot to put it in bag and he had to eat his plain. And for a $50 order we didn’t get a family size fries. It was barely enough for 2 people.

I read an article that stated the Spicy Asian Q sauce was the number 1 sauce to get at Wingstop. I tried it along with my usual Louisiana Rub and man o man were they right. Amazing flavor. The fries were extremely hot this visit and delicious. 10/10

i absolutely love wingstop and have ordered multiple times thru the app but this time it didn’t work for my bf and i, so we went in and waited while the food was made. after 2 people who ordered after us got their food my bf went up and the man working front just said “it’s still cooking” without even asking for his name. about 5 minutes after that he asked us what the name for the order was and grabbed a bag that we saw had been sitting there for at least 20 minutes. again i love wingstop but that’s not okay, if he couldn’t remember the name then ask because he went thru those bags for other customers each time he handed a in-store or online order

Too busy for its own good. Wish I could figure out how to cancel so I can leave. Instead I’m doomed to sit here forever listening to an unbelievable amount of names being called. My name was called but then it was a different last name. Wonderful. Looks like they make you fill your own drinks to go as well. What a wonderful time I’m having sitting here wondering why they would accept 10 times as many orders as they could reasonably fill. Starting to wonder if I’m on a prank show and they’re laughing in a van somewhere while seeing just how long I can wait. Happy Friday to me. Still typing cause I got nothing else to do. Truly how many people could order wings at the same time.

Literally drove 20 mins cause their online order doesn’t work, charged my card and canceled 3 times. When I asked the guy if there was anything I could do he said “ idk sorry idk what to do about it .” And walked away.. cause NOW they don’t accept card or cash in store.. what?.. I never complain but it was just so rude and dry it hurt my feelings

This was the first time that I have ever ordered online and it seemed like everything was going to go smooth. Was told that my order would be 14-20 minutes. I arrived around 18 minutes to first be greeted if I was dine-in or carry out. Luckily I was online carry out being all walk-ins after me were told that Wingstop was not taking any dine in orders.
