The staff was very friendly. There are only two at a time manning the front and they have to shuffle a lot between the ticket prize counter, letting people in, ringing people up for food or cards/points, etc. They handled it very well!

We just had my daughter’s 4th birthday party and I thought it was great! We had pizza, dip’n dots, goody bags, unlimited drinks, special cups, hats and a very nice party host. Also the kids got to play unlimited games during the party. All for a very affordable price compared to other party places. The kids had a great time, lots of games, party fun and interaction with Chuck E. Cheese himself.

Took my son over spring break. We bought the play for an hour card, only way to go. Had a great time! The food wasn’t the best and took quite a bit of time. The service was amazing, the two ladies working were so friendly and kind.

Was not really impressed with this location. Chuck only came out from the back to engage with a birthday party. Dangerous extension cords everywhere because they open during a remodeling of the store. The food especially the pizza is outrageously priced. $30 for a medium Pizza. Absolutely highway robbery. The kids do enjoy it though.

Very clean and fun! We did my sons 8 birthday party and everyone had a blast! Games and room were very clean! Hostess was friendly and attentive! Pizza was good. Definitely made my son feel special on his day.

We haven’t been there in a while, so the changes were new to us. It looked different in an updated way, still had a great time, new games were great and some of the old familiar games were still there to play. Food was great, a little more expensive but what isn’t.

We drove all the way from Sacramento, CA to spend some time with our family and friends in Vancouver. I arranged a double surprise birthday parties for my nephew and friends daughter and we liked everything, kids were happy and we were happy, everything was the same way it was promised, thank you. I WANT TO SAY A HUGE THANK YOU TO OUR HOST, SHE REALLY MADE OUR DAY SPECIAL. Chuck E cheese is not the same. Prices is crazy expensive. When we went to the location. They no longer will bring you your food , they will give you a buzzer and you need to go pick it up. The soda machine was down and only drinks was juices and ice teas.

We got a 45-minute Play card but they ended up closing 30 minutes later the machines all turned off and we had no warning I asked about the extra time that was left on our cards and how come if they were going to close in a half an hour they sold us a 45-minute card and the lady said she doesn’t know what to tell us about the time on our cards and that it was time to leave. I asked if I could talk to somebody because if I would have known I would have only bought the half-an-hour card and I bought four of the 45-minute cards so total we lost out on $24 of play. I was not happy
