We happened to be in the area and we wanted pizza. Wow the pizza was so amazing and so good. The place is awesome and reminds me of a NYC pizza parlor. The staff was really helpful and friendly. But back to the pizza it was wow. The crunchy crust and the inside was warm and soft. The pepperoni was on point crunchy with a little kick to it. We will without a doubt come back again.

Stopped in at the 5 Points location for a quick lunch. I tried a slice of Grandma’s Pie. Sooo delicious and pure. All veggies and cheese and amazing thick crust, fresh herbs and with texture. The front window was open so between the music and decor and the vibe flowing in from 5 Points it doesn’t get much better. I truly appreciate great pizza slices and Biggies is the bomb . Stop in, and get some!

Ordered tonight for the first time. Hour and half wait, not a huge deal because it is Saturday night and figured it would be worth it. Pizza was a huge disappointment. Just a plain pepperoni had mushrooms and huge pieces of tomatoes on it (which we didn’t order and don’t eat) and it was burnt on top and the bottom completely black. Worker up front was very kind and had great customer service but the pizza was a huge let down.

I’ve had issues with orders missing things several times. This time it’s missing sauces and toppings, the pizza is completely burnt. The crust is black. How could they even pack this?

Worst experience and it was my boyfriend and Is first time. We went in for 3 slices of pizza and wings. Both worked the service industry and understand when shifts get difficult. So we gave the a benefit of the doubt. We waited 45 minutes until I realized people were getting food that ordered 20 minutes after we did. I went up to the cashier area and the person stared at me, not apologetic nor caring about the situation. Went to the back, I saw her shuffling comments only to see them pick up our order that was sitting there for some time. Put the food on the counter, cold might I add, didn’t say a word and moved about her business. if you made a mistake at least be empathetic. We spent $50 on pizza and wings and they acted as if we were not customers but an inconvenience. We absolutely will never go to a biggies pizza again.

The fact that they’re open late is a godsend for those of us who work late hours or just want a late-night snack. The pizza itself is absolutely delicious – I’m a big fan of their classic pepperoni, but they have plenty of other toppings to choose from. The crust is crispy and the sauce is just the right amount of tangy. The staff is always friendly and they work quickly to get your order ready. The atmosphere is cozy and inviting, and it’s a great spot to grab a quick bite with friends. Overall, I highly recommend this pizza joint for anyone who loves great pizza and needs a late-night fix!

It’s a cute place. The size of the pizzas is nice but, I’m disappointed because I had high hopes for this place. The pizza had no flavor at all and on top of that, the bottom was completely burnt as you can see. We were the only customers in there dining in and it took an hour to get our food so I was not about to wait for them to cook another. One star because the size of the pizza was good. I will give one more try at the location at the beaches to see if it’s any better there.
