Been wanting to try this place finally went for lunch today. The atmosphere was great and the service outstanding. The food ok. My husband ordered a burger and to be honest applebees does a better burger. I ordered the Italian chicken sandwich for 16 dollars I expected alot more chicken it was empty. The fries were very overdone. My salad however was absolutely delicious. Maybe just am off day.

Cute little spot. A bit noisy for me, but I’m always looking for a new adventure. The cocktails were great. We ordered calamari for a starter and it was delicious!!! I ordered the salmon for my meal and found it tasty but slightly overcooked and the rice it was served with was very tasty. The other two in my party ordered the shrimp Mozambique and they both loved their meals.

Swansea really needed another good dining option and I’m happy to say Black Salt is it. Whenever we drive by it has looked super busy so we decided to go for a late lunch. It’s much bigger inside than I thought so won’t be deterred by the full parking lot next time.

Raquel was our server she did a great job, she was very friendly and attentive. The food was very good. I got the New York Steak and it was perfectly cooked. My wife got a sweet potato black bean burger that tasted devine. As well I ordered stuffed scallops appetizer, and it was very good. I definitely plan on coming here again.

Came here for brunch and was greeted by friendly staff. This restaurant was so clean and loved the decorations! The food was amazing they accommodated my food restrictions. I will definitely be coming back! Cant wait to try dinner menu.

We have been to Black Salt numerous times since it opened and have yet to be disappointed. Today we had brunch..We decided to sit at the bar and Niko was great. Very friendly and knowledgeable about the menu and had great suggestions for our drinks. He made us a delicious Coffee cocktail which not only tasted amazing but looked great too. We had the poutine with sausage gravy and it was amazing. For mains I had the short rib Benedict and my husband had chicken and waffles.. Both were delicious and we had leftovers to take home. The staff is always amazing and friendly. Tania and Josh truly have something amazing here.

It’s the first time we’ve been there under the new Management and a different name. The atmosphere and the wait staff were very accommodating and friendly. We had steak sandwich and the basic Burger which is very good unfortunately the bun was a bit hard and crusty.
