I’ve driven by several times and never stopped, which is a big mistake on my part. Me and a buddy went in for steak. He had the pork chop, and I had a ribeye steak. I chose the caramelized onions and Roquefort cheese topped, which was fantastic.

Nice little restaurant. The food is great if a bit pricey. Everything was perfectly cooked from the steak and pork chops to the small accents like their wonderful potato croquettes. The ambiance is nothing to write home about. Definitely wouldn’t go out of my way to visit, but if you’re in the area, it’s worth your time.

First time here and really enjoyed our experience, not just the food. They are apparently known for their crab cake, which we did not know, and ordered it but only with the servers suggestion. Originally we overlooked it as we saw the panko coating and thought it’s probably over done or over fried, but we were very wrong. It was light, the sauce almost fluffy and the crab shined through. Their bartender and sommelier was absolutely wonderful, it was nice to talk wine with him, and he presented two incredibly different choices that absolutely surprised me, a sancerre and viognier, both are not my favorite varietals but the viognier was perfect with the crab cake and the sancerre with my 4oz steak. Yes I said 4oz, the first I have seen on a menu ever!!! I can’t do big meals and this place has a longer list of small bites, I’ll be back just for this alone!! Staff was friendly, educational and perfectly attentive!

John’s is reliably a great meal for about $30/person and up. They have good wines to accompany your dinner, and tasty desserts if you have room. If you are looking for a smallish, initiate setting, that’s John’s, and the outdoor seating has water views.

Sorry forgot to take photos really good place to eat not too expensive. The service is good the people are good. The food is good atmosphere’s nice. I’ll be trying the place next door as soon as it opens up called Turning Paige Wine and Bistro. When there are things going on with a small walk around town area parking sucks but for the most part you can get parking there directly in front. Of the restaurant.

Small top notch bar and grill in the heart of Mukilteo putting out some excellent upscale food and drink . The somewhat limited menu has just enough selection to make everyone in the group happy. Several steak options to choose from, fresh sockeye salmon is what I had. Cooked to perfection I must say. Food is great. Full bar. Outside seating available. You cant go wrong here folks.

The service was great but the food was not worth our money. First time going to this restaurant. My wife and I decided to try something new for her birthday. She got a steak ($51) and mine was seafood linguine ($39). She noted she mashed potatoes had a chemical taste to it; like cooking in a fresh non stick pan. My scallops also had a chemical after taste which was also very odd. I ate my prawns last and they over cooked them like they were killing something else off it. They were so incredibly hard and rubbery. Unfortunately this was a food issue and will not be spending any more money here. Give this a thumbs up if you’ve experienced a similar issue to help others.

Excellent food, atmosphere, and staff. Recommend the Seafood Fettuccine. Brownie À la mode with caramel was delicious. We made reservations a week prior through Google and had no issue getting in. Prior times they were full so make sure to book in advance.
