I was at this location 20 minutes ago and the woman in the drive through, as she handed me my drink, asked me why I ordered it the way I did, asked me if I was on a diet, and then said so I wouldn’t get bigger. I swear all I did was order my food, pay, and receive it. I hadn’t said anything at all to this woman and she just said all this terrible stuff to me for no reason. When I called the manager he told me I was lying and that no one said anything to me. I will absolutely be escalating this with any franchise and corporate partners I can find but everyone in the Pasadena area should avoid this place at all costs.

Absolutely i love this location and my coffee. Very clean. Sometime i feel they need some employee that they can speak english but i don’t care what language they speak i care only what i get here. coffee was amazing and donuts it’s so fresh. My friends never tired by drinking and eating their coffee and donuts.
