I was having some issues with the app, and so I had to call the store. Unfortunately the app wasn’t working and the coupon I wanted to use wasn’t eligible for call in orders only online. Uffff it was 20% off.. The gentleman was very nice and dug through some coupons they can offer and took my order very professional and quick. Even read my order back to make sure. He t all in all he did save me almost the same amount as the order online with whatever coupon he was able to use for me. Super awesome customer service. I work in the industry and we don’t get enough compliments for our hard work. Kudos to that team.

Pizza was ordered at 11:00 am for a 1:00 drop off and the pizza arrived 50 minutes late. No compensation was provided for the lack of service. This order was placed 2 hours ahead of time and was delivered almost a hour late. NOT ACCEPTABLE.

This store seems to lack quality processes. For the 3rd time at this store we got requested toppings mixed up ruining our pizza night! We ordered veggie pizza and their pizza maker delivered it with pieces of red meat. My kid is allergic to red meat and we always check for any mix ups like this. Last two times when this happened, I took offer from the manager on duty where the promise was to add value of my pizza on my phone number. But that never happened! This 3rd time, I made sure to visit them and asked them to remake my pizza. Don’t fall for their promises to refund your money. They seem too busy to be accountable and do quality job.

I’ve never gotten my order way over an hour late when the site tells me it’ll take approx 20 minutes (my order is just two items; a medium 2-topping and an already packaged salad) nor have I never received at least a call or an email from Dominos that my order is here until today. The real kicker though, I’ve never gotten cold pizza. It’s really cold, I could still eat it warm but it’s not even warm. Your driver still got away with a tip in the end. The principle of a tip is for good service. This order today was less than satisfactory.. 2 star because at least it was delivered- setting the bar high.

Highly not recommended. I am giving a one star because there is no lower rating. My order was incomplete so I could not eat what I ordered. I spoke to the night manager and she was rude and offered me $ 1.60 as a refund for the twenty dollars that I spent. She refused to have the order brought back to the store. This is the worst and most uninformed management that you can ever encounter. Make your order elsewhere for your piece of mind and money.

i have ordered online twice. The first time the pizza was great just like they had in by gone years. The second time i got pizza that was so salty with garlic salt . Just horrible. I called next day & the manager(left alot to be desired & sounded to be about 13 yrs )anyhow he insisted they do not use garlic salt ever. Then said “i s’pose i can make a note that you have $20 credit. I was sooo frustrated about the pizza & then his trying to say they have no garlic salt & insinuating i was lying that at this point i don’t think i will be ordering for some time.!!
