My salad and spinach pie were great. My server was very sweet and attentive. However, the jukebox music was really weird And it was so cold in there that I was using napkins to cover my legs. I should be able to go in a restaurant in August and not have to order coffee just to be able to finish my meal

I had the chicken pita sandwich, it was very distasteful and very small. I talked to my waitress about the food. She was very understanding and nice and even took time to let her manager know that I wasn’t satisfied. I was given a 10 percent discount which wasn’t much but appreciated. I can’t remember my waitress name, however I thank her for her kindness. I remember before Covid-19 I used to go to Ogla’s often, but they have changed their food and portions size. I don’t think that I will return again.

I picked up a ham and cheese Olga and chicken chili. My sandwich had lettuce with brown edges. I didn’t have any napkins or a spoon to eat my cup of chicken chili. My cup of chicken chili was half full. A cup is 8 oz. This couldn’t be more than 4oz. Very disappointed.

If I could leave zero stars I would. When a customer calls to tell you that they have missing items you don’t tell them to go through doordash for a refund. And you should apologize and not sound like a dumb teenager. I do not like leaving poor reviews but I will not stand being treated that way. I said I wanted my food. You include the dip for the snackers but not the actual snackers. I will drive to any location other than this one. And also FILL THE SOUP UP! I will recommend Olga’s but tell people to make the drive to Novi or anywhere but here. Doordash or not I’m a customer treat with respect. And maybe train people better.
