Very disappointed. Ordered a bowl with the online ordering system with white rice, black beans, chicken, fajita vegetables, mild salsa and cheese. Received a bowl with white rice and pork. Nothing else. And I wanted chicken not pork. I tried to call but could never speak to a human. Guess they don’t care about keeping customers. Order in if you want it correct.

There was an older lady serving me and a friend, when we asked for their hot sauce to be on our food, she gave us an attitude and kept questioning us. When we asked for a cup to get some drinks, she asked us, “why is it too spicy for you? I’m sure it is.” And kept going with her attitude. I did not appreciate this service and wish that this would be changed in the future.

I was excited to see we had a chipotle so close after moving to the area recently and have come here 3 times now. I will never come here again. After ordering three separate times, two being online and once going in, I am just a bit appalled at the quality of the food they serve. I thought it was just that they maybe rushed the online orders we did, but it managed to be even worse when we got it in store. Food is always ICE cold and the portions are terribly small. Super disappointed

Worst chipotle in PA. I have had issues picking up in person, on doordash and mobile order. They constantly skip parts of your order. Today – my double chicken burrito with a bunch of toppings was a nice container full of rice and maybe 3 pieces of chicken. There support on their website just runs in circles and won’t offer any actual report.

Took almost 2 hours and 2 separate drivers last night to get a delivery. First order delayed an hour, driver canceled due to chaos at this location. Had to get a refund online and tried ordering again, hoping the rush had died down by 8:30pm! Nope, took another hour and the poor delivery guy had to wait it out, and couldn’t even cancel it for some reason since we’d all given up by this point. He had to give up several other deliveries, costing him $$. He told me there were a dozen drivers standing around waiting still after 9pm! And the staff was extremely rude to him. Finally got our order at 9:30pm, half of which was wrong.

I don’t know why I continue to order ONLINE from this location? They never have the food ready and I usually wait about 20-30mins for the pre-order pickup when I arrive at the location. My advice is go to the store and stand in line for a few mins and order your food in person. They have not perfected the pre-order for pickup option yet. In addition, always check your online pickup order because they typically forget an entree and/or also mess up requested ingredients. All the more reason to order in person.

This Doylestown location is just the worst. It’s dirty behind the line at the check out in front of the POS air looked like someone had dumped an order of tacos that’s how dirty it was. I told both the guys working why don’t you stop for one minute and clean up but I was told we are short handed meanwhile I watched a guy put on a pair of gloves for like five minutes he looked stoned or super stupid not sure which I will never go back and that’s to bad for me because I’ve liked chipotle for many years this location needs corporate intervention and fast
