Staff is always upbeat and cheerful. My order has always been correct and ready when I have called it in. I walk with a cane and have always been offered assistance in getting my pizza out to my car. Baking instructions are on the pizza and are concise and easy to follow. The pizza is always delicious!

We placed an order through the app to be picked up last night about hour before they closed. Something came up and we were unable to get there before they closed at 8pm. I called them shortly after they opened today and they had thrown away our entire order. I was told if I would have called before they closed it could have been put in the cooler, my question was why aren’t all orders that have not been picked up go in to the freezer? So needless to say, we’re out $25 for ordering the Outlaw Bundle with nothing they could do other than offer me a deal on a new order placed. If that’s how Papa Murphy’s conducts their business and treats their customers, I will never be placing another order with them, online or in person.

Placed an order by phone. Everything seemed fine. They decided to not share the new hours with me. Obviously I could have known if I had researched? WHAT RESTAURANT CLOSES EARLY ON A FRIDAY AND DOES NOT TELL ITS CUSTOMERS? Excellent customer service during covid would have been to tell me I had a deadline. They made my pizzas, and THREW THEM AWAY because I was there at 8:10pm. Went to Mackenzie River and got amazing service and pizza! At 8:22pm on a Friday. Forget papa Murphy’s and just go to Mackenzie!

Pizzas are ready in minutes, even in a packed house with multi-pizza orders. We already love this place, and the Belgrade location still takes it a few notches above!
