The curly fries were apparently from the bottom of the bag! They were dry, small pieces, that were hard, and had no potato to them! The buns were kind of dry and fell apart as I was eating the sandwich.

I am sorry to say that I don’t like the new Arby’s sauce & my granddaughter also didn’t like it neither but the Horsey sauce is just the same as I remember it what a great taste! & the roast beef & the bun was so fresh & tender & delicious! My wife loves their roast beef , service was great .. the only thing that I have a complaint is that their dine in is closed, you can still go inside to order your delicious food but they had their a/c of. It was muggy and super warm….. It’ll be ok if you use their drive-throug….

Ordered at drive up. Got to window after ten minute wait. They didn’t have my order. Had to reorder. Told the girl three times what I wanted and they still got it wrong. The place is way to expensive for stupidity. Won’t go back.

When asked to sub cheese, they didn’t inform me that it would be $1.09 extra. I would’ve changed my whole order due to a cost for sub one cheese over another. Then I got home across town and no jalapenos in my jalapeno roast beef sliders. Went back and they remade them and gave me a fresh fry. Still less than the cost of gas I used, but what can you do.

The menu in the drive thru talked me into getting an expensive sandwich Rueben however can’t remember having such little meat …. I guess Arbys no longer has the beef .. worst thing is they refuse to answer the phone …. Horrible

Had a coupon for 2 french dips for $7 and it was lunch time. I do enjoy the thinly sliced roast beef and the au ju dipping sauce. I powered thru both sandwiches while watching Megatoad do a challenge. Restaurant was pretty clean. No complaints here.
