Went through the drive through to get my son a kids meal. They were telling everyone to pull up and wait for their food. Yeah, they forgot us.. said the order got bumped from the screen and forgot us. I know it’s fast food and I shouldn’t expect much in the way of customer service but they refunded my money after I asked and didn’t apologize or anything. Arby’s has gone downhill.

This place is absolutely the worst. So I pull up to the intercom and the male on the speaker spoke very low. I pull up to the window, after the vehicle in front departed. I sat at the window for at least 5 min listening to the conversation they were having due to the service window being open. The woman at the window would ask me if I was served my drink which was a no. The drink in the picture was also considered a regular/medium. This is the worst Arby’s experience I’ve ever had.

This place is a waste of time. They are never actually opened. Workers are always outside hanging with friends. They never come to the speaker at night. Never have food. System is always “down” they must just ride the clock all night and socialize. It’s horrible.

I visited this restaurant at 9:30pm on Valentine’s Day, so this is the end of second shift on a holiday. That being said, the service was pretty good. I was helped within a minute of coming up to the counter, the waitress was friendly and knowledgable. There was significant amounts of cutting up and messing around in the back, but that is somewhat to be expected at that time and the food was still made quickly so I’m not upset.

They apparently don’t cook Doordash or Uber Eats orders until the Driver comes to get the food. This isn’t the first issue I’ve had with them. It doesn’t take long to cook and we aren’t paid by the hour. I’m not waiting 10 minutes when I’m the only one here for 3 small items.

Just received this RAW buffalo chicken sandwich in my order. Over the phone, the supposed “manager” of this store did not seem to grasp the severity of serving raw chicken. This is a clear health violation. See attached pictures. Absolutely disgusting.
