At first I was captivated by this stand-alone. The drive-thru line was long but moving fast. Then I realized, that maybe their only goal. Absolutely terrible to the point where they ruined my morning. It is a disgrace that the workers do not respect their customers. I expect good service especially working on base. Also, I asked for a cold crew coffee and it tasted like water because it was full of ice and didn’t even have the color of a normal coffee brew. I then asked for a different one with less ice and they gave me an iced “coffee” that was basically milk and sugar. This Dunkin’ Donuts is the worst one and a waste of time, money, and space!! At least the other one on Ellis street actually knows how to make coffee. Everytime I head to work which is down the same street, I try not to look at Dunkin’ Donuts because it truly would put me in a bad mood for that brief moment driving by.
