Early trip around 11 am. Dinning room closed so went through drive through paid for my food and I was immediately told to pull into a parking space. I asked it any of my order was ready and the cashier said no, all of it will be fresh. I pulled to the parking space and saw a white truck also pulled waiting on his order. About 6 min wait and then my good came out. None of it was “out the grease hot” but it was warm. Building need maintenance and parking lot need trash removed.

Hardee’s Hardee’sHardee’s…..Yall really disappointed me this time. I just got off work, so I didn’t feel like cooking. So, I decided to stop by Hardee’s and grab my kids and I some to eat. Big mistake I ever made. I had to wait at least 15 minutes on my food. When I got my food the fries was hot and the young girl who worked the register today was very polite when she handed me my food. If I knew how my food looked before I drove 20 minutes away headed home I would have turned around. All the sandwiches looked like they had flour dough on them. The sandwiches was made up and wrapped up so sloppy. I’m sorry but not sorry Hardee’s I will not be coming back for while. Totally disappointed and still hungry.

I placed a order online and after paying for it I was lead to believe it would be ready for pickup when I got there. So I walk in to get it and they never started it so I wait and watch several drive-thru orders go after waiting 28 minutes I get my order which the Frisco burger was on burnt bread with 5 times the mayo to cover the burnt parts and no tomatoes. Worst take out ever

The man who took my order was very nice but the food took a long time to come out to the drive thru. I took lunch home for my family and when I arrived home both my wife’s burger and mine were burnt. My children’s burgers were supposed to be meat and cheese and they had everything on them. I also paid for 2 large fries and they were not in the bag. I shouldn’t have to open every sandwich before leaving. I live twenty five minutes from town or I would have taken it back
