I really enjoy this chicken express employees are very friendly. The manager Caroline is very nice. When we come back food is always fresh and hot chicken is nice and crispy and still juicing. French fries made fresh to order. Coleslaw is delicious and cold. Tea is always very good here. I recently Tried to hush puppies and those are very good. I definitely recommend if you have not tried them to try them.

This location isn’t ideal due to the highway access road design. In multiple visits we have had extraordinarily dry chicken, likely from sitting under a heat lamp way too long, or being significantly overcooked. We really like Chicken Express, but this location has been a letdown both times we have tried it, more than a month apart.

Where do I begin. The good first. The lady at the drive thru was nice. The end. The food was terrible. Not sure where all these ratings come from but I have an idea. No flavor, tasted stale, and smells weird. Look at the pictures. That is not mashed potatoes. It’s gravy. This is what you get for $10.00. I’ll leave it there.

We stopped by for the first time and was extremely happy with the whole experience. We experienced courteous and professional employees, clean facilities and really delicious food. We tried out the fish and it was awesome. Not too fishy tasting and not greasy at all. The corn nuggets were sweet and creamy for something fried. Lol. The hush puppies had a hint of sweetness and were fried perfectly. I will definitely be going back to this place.

Honestly work experience I’ve had when ordering through chicken express which I usually love. They messed up every single part of the order. I get the 7 piece regular tenders with fries a roll and a sweet tea. I got a 4 piece, spicy, with mash potatoes and bbq sauce and a sweet tea.

The food is great, but I’ve been in their Drive-Thru twice in the last 2 weeks to pick up an On-Line order, large Family Orders, and there’s absolutely nothing “Express” about it. Both times I’ve been told to pull up and my order would be out in 5 minutes, these are advance on-line orders mind you, you’d think they could have them ready when you get there. The first time I was told “We’re waiting on some fresh fried okra, it’ll be out in 5 minutes” and then 15 minutes later I was finally on my way back home. Tonight was my second time, I was told “We’re waiting for fresh tenders, they’ll be out in 5 minutes” and 20 minutes later my wife went inside and promptly came out with our order. Frustrating!!! First of all, is that “We’re waiting for fresh……, it’ll be out in 5 minutes” a corporate line? Or is it just this location? Secondly, if they’re going to make you wait, FOR AN ON-LINE ORDER, and they KNOW it’s going to take more than 5 minutes, why not just tell you and then offer you an iced tea or a soft drink while you wait? Come on Management, pay attention! Maybe you should Intern at a Chick-fil-A location for a few days and get this figured out. All of this to say, the food is good, but fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me, it’ll be a while before I give them a 3rd chance.
