So disappointed in my latest experience here. So I pulled up to the speaker and I hear “Thanks for choosing Dunkins, I’ll be with you in a moment”. And I reply with “take your time”. Then I hear “I will take my sweet @$$ time”…..honestly it was soooo shocking I honestly didn’t think I heard it until I heard “OMG I’m so sorry”. Then another person came on and took my order. When I came up to the window a girl with a blonde ponytail and air pods in was like “i’m so sorry I thought you were my manager”……but is that the case, or did you forget to turn off your mic. Then they gave me this nasty chocolate frozen coffee. I don’t even know what to think of Dunkin anymore.

This is a very busy store the only thing I can say about it is that they need more people working. The staff is very nice but they are extremely overworked. Everything I have tried here has been very good especially the frozen coffee.

American gets dissed by Dunkin’? I wish there was a rating less than 1 star. I travel the country and have the misfortune of having this particular Dunkin’ close to my house. This morning I waited 30 minutes in a line of 7 people at the front register. The manager was working the drive thru and when I let her know how slow the service was, her response was very stand-offish and she said “they are only two people and they are working as fast as they can”. While this may be true, it was painfully obvious that the person taking order at the register needed some serious remedial training. Not wanting to upset the lady at the register, I asked the manager if she thought it was reasonable to wait 30 minutes in a line of 7 people she said “if you don’t want to wait 30 minutes, don’t come here”. Then as she was walking back to her station I heard her say to the other employees very proudly “I told him that if he didn’t want to wait 30 minutes, not to come here”. Nice. Such a bummer because this place used to be really nice.
