Multiple Potholes bigger than a cat. Someone else commented on them 7 months ago. Unacceptable. The food was even worse. Dried out chicken. Mashed potatoes that tasted like they came from potato flakes. Last time they were greasy. Green beans were wilted/overcooked. I’m sad this place has deteriorated in quality as it used to be tasty. Only shining light was the woman serving was fast and pleasant.

My dad went almost 40 min out of his way to get this to surprise my girls. He asked for 1 and a half chicken with 5 sides and gravy. There was definitely not 1.5 chicken. It was more like 1 chicken and a ton of bone pieces on the side. It was leculiar n gross. The chicken that was there was very dry. For the sides the mashed n sweet potatoes were good. But the green beans n corn were gross. They had a very weird taste as if they were overcooked n very old. There was white rice that wasn’t terrible taste wise but dry. The gravy was inedible. It was a different color than I’ve ever seen. N it was disgusting. My dad said they were out of the macaroni and cheese and creamed spinach which was also a disappointment. My dad said the lady there was by herself which I don’t think is right. Clearly, it was too much for her because everything was so bad. Dinner was around $50, such a waste of money. Very very upsetting especially since he traveled out of his way for it. Waste of gas, money, time and a bad dinner.

I had the 5 piece nuggets and the 2 piece meal with two sides… The nuggets were horrible … Couldn’t finish them. They tasted like rubber and the flavor was non-existent. I asked for 2 piece and she asked me what I wanted and I said sausage and ribs … She said ok packed my food than at the register she said it only comes with a 3 piece so I had to add a piece of chicken for extra money … The Mac and cheese was Lukewarm and the mashed potatoes were cold . The Gravy was not good at all . The sausage was burnt and the ribs were very overcooked and had a weird taste .the chicken was very dry .. don’t get me started on the bread . Cold and stale . I haven’t had Boston market in years and I don’t think I will have it ever again . I really wanted to enjoy it but couldn’t … Nothing tasted fresh sadly …
