We had an issue with our pizza tonight. I called this store and spoke with a manager. She was very calm and helpful. My husband lost the receipt and she still was helpful. I feel like my issue was looked at and handled in a very professional way. I did not get her name but she is managing tonight. Thanks!! The situation could have turned in a much different way.

The pizza box was quite literally soaked with grease. I would get that there might be some in the box because pizza is greasy, but the box had it EVERYWHERE.

I called after leaving another place and spoke to the sweetest gentleman. I asked how long it would take for me to pick up my order, and he instantly said 20 minutes max!!! Since I still had an hour drive home and the horrible experience i just had at another pizza place. I was grateful to him for making me feel like I was the only person that I had ordered that night. He also added his own employee discount. I will continue getting my pizza from these guys on my way home!!!

Beware – I arrived at 1pm. threw the drive threw window. I had ordered online. The cashier lets me know my order 3 pizzas and 2 orders of wings was given to another person that “said my name” .
