The Fact That I Spent $51.85 For Some Breakstick That Feels Like They’ve Been Left In The Air Dryer Too Long !!!! They had My Marinara CUP STUCK TO MY BREADSTICKS….. Got my order TOTALLY wrong , they also just threw my wings into the box . They didn’t separate them or anything , then when I called to get my order re made it was a problem. This has to be the worst Pizza Hut ever !!!

Good luck getting what you order. I love pizza hut but this location needs some help. Maybe some training on how to cook a pizza properly or get the order correct. I would choose a different location if possible. Unfortunately for us this is our local pizza hut. Good luck to you if you choose this location. I would love if someone would contact me back, as I’ve tried to get this resolved and no one will answer the phone.

I had an issue ordering online and over the phone. I complained online and the manager called and yelled at me. Not even knowing the problem. I used bad language in the complaint. Grow up. Customer service is dead here. Didnt even complain about the store. Wasnt even able to make an order. Ending up using Domino’s. I woyldnt waste my time with this place. Never had this problem. Called me to harrass me.

Well Pizza Hut for me was okay they’re right on the corner of the shopping center or by Taylor Road there’s a Taco Bell really close they got a dining room where you got boots and tables and chairs lot of space to walk in and out of they have delivery and carry out and dine in if you want it all the employees there were super great and all the yeah and each of the guys had a sense of humor that came out when I waited on the guy offered me a bag to place the 2 L in and that was really kind of them we got the kidding around about you okay and U of L and they were really good about that they you know they didn’t say anything bad about you know anything there had a good sense of humor and all that and really friendly friendly great and apparently ran into the manager he was behind the counter but that’s fine boy shift supervisor assistant manager or whatever they they call him but he was really cool good

Stopped coming a year ago because the pizza is always underbaked. Tried again tonight just to see and apparently we are still doing take and bake pizzas. Very disappointed. Cook the pizza longer.

It’s shocking entering in, you’d guess you walked into a warehouse or a recycling place. Inside it is dark, littered, table and chairs in disarray. Your appetite would dissolve before the meal.
