The food is always good here, the less than perfect rating is because the environment was really unkept. The floors and every table were dirty, and the drink machine was COMPLETELY and I mean 100% out of every drink that wasn’t sugar free or diet. Every single one. We were there for at least half an hour listening to people complain about it and no one went to check it or clean up the lobby the whole time. I know this is not how Firehouse usually operates so this was a bit disappointing.

I ordered food from here off of Uber eats, for the 1st time today, and I will never do it again. The sandwich smelled rotten, the meat was yellow, they left out practically everything out of the sandwich except for a tomato and turkey. Nothing else. The turkey looked like someone chewed it up and spit it back out onto the sandwich. I didn’t even take 1 bite before the smell hit me in the face. After I opened it up to see what was inside I instantly threw it out. I also ordered cookies with it and they left those out too. I’ve never been so disappointed with a food place.

Went to Fire House Subs for the first time today, my biggest disappointment was not getting here to eat before now, Had a 12″ club in a meal kind of spendy at almost $13 bucks for the meal but good sized sub and the taste was awesome the meat was like candy! not sure what i mean by that other than good stuff, and they must believe in the quality who else puts a 12″ sub in a prize box, if you haven’t tried it what are you waiting for.
