extra-large pizza with three toppings was ordered. I was given a terrible pizza. It appears that they stretched the dough so much that it ended up being half thick and half thin. Overcooked and with hardly any toppings. No sauce on one side.

I ordered and paid for a pizza with extra jalapeno and pineapple. It came with only the regular quantity on it. When I called, the Manager “John” said I had received what I had ordered; if I was not happy, I could bring it back and pick up a fresh one. NO. It was NOT what I had ordered and paid for. This CHEAP attitude of the “Manager” is enough for me to never trust this company again. I have uploaded a photo to show what PAPA JOHN’s means by “EXTRA”. How much quantity should I deduct to make it “regular”?

I can’t speak on the other reviews in regards to how accurate they are or what the issue were specifically that’s causing the other all rating to be so low but I’m my personal (and very recent) experience, I’ve had nothing but the best possible outcome every time I’ve ordered. Whether it be delivered or take out, they’ve always gotten everything right, down to topping, baking time and even making sure the sauce cups I bought were in the boxes. Same goes with delivery, and the wait time on that has always be speedy and prompt. Again, not sure if the bad reviews are recent or more then a year old, but I can say with absolute confident I’ve had a great experience with Papa John’s at this location and highly recommended them, 5 stars ⭐️
