My family has been coming here for year and we have lived all over the IE but will always drive down University in Riverside to get our taco fix. The beans are the best compared to any taco shop. And folks always be getting the carne asada fries. We even have catered from them for a family service we held. Helped us so much instead of making the sides ourselves and the price was unbeatable! Staff is always friendly and it’s always clean and cool inside. Obsessed with the authentic tables made of iron & wood with the mexico style tiles. Love it here so much

I came here by coincidence passing by off of University in Riverside. Start it off good with fresh homemade sauces which were tasty, but food was where experience went sour. The carne asada and al pastor were dry and flavorless it wasn’t like the traditional on the grill Mexican amazing meats that I’m used to. More reminded me of a cafeteria style Mexican than authentic

The food was good, but they didn’t get my order right. I asked for a California burrito with al pastor, but my burrito had pollo asado. When I asked them about it, the upset cook came out to the counter kept looking for the receipt that I never got. He didn’t bother to listen to me when I tried to explain what happened. They need to start listening to the customers when something happens by their mistake.

One of the best tacos and burritos I’ve had. The Carne asada fries were out of this world delicious. The KCC burrito I got had seasoned fries in it and the sauce inside that made it feel like orgasm in my mouth. If only I lived closer I would go more often.

PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY! DO NOT EAT HERE! If I could give this place zero stars I would. First, they have a teenage girl working there who does not understand English or Spanish. You have to repeat your order multiple times and go back and fourth on what you want. Second, in the end she doesn’t even give you what you ask for. She just throws in whatever she wants/thinks. We ordered 3 tacos and a torta de al pastor and she gave us a chicken torta. We ordered a Pepsi and she gave us a horchata. As this was happening there was no other employee to help us out. We weren’t the only customers who experience this while we were there. The food wasn’t even good, the meat tasted rotten. The tacos don’t even look like the photos, they only consisted of the tortilla, meat, & guacamole. Overall we are very unhappy this happened & would definitely not recommend.
