MY FAVORITE RESTAURANT!!!! and the chefs are so nice to me and my family 🙂 the most yummy noodles i ever had and very authentic! even my traditional chinese mom loves their noodles. i go every week and sometimes i eat there twice a week! and when college gets hard and i feel sad, i order a bowl of their noodles! my favorite restaurant ever and i truly believe they deserve all the recognition and praise!

Loved the hand cut noodles and the broth. SINCE I cannot successfully use chopsticks, I am a heathen unable to enjoy slurping the broth and noodles. I am told that is how to fully emjoy the dish…afterall it’s not spaghetti!

A small place to crash for dinner during cold weather. Their soup broth is so yummy. Noodles is fresh made. Staffs are helpful. We went their for dinner and had to wait for 30 minutes to receive our food. They were really busy with lots of take our order, a big group of students dine-in and only 2 chefs. Prepare yourself some time if you decide to check out this place

Oh my goodness. This place has incredible broth!! The noddles are house made, making this the best noodle shop I’ve been to anywhere near Riverhead. You need to try this place if it’s within reach. The picture posted is the splendid house noodles. This meal will raise those eyebrows!! Come and try it out!!

Incredible is the only word. Went with a group and we all tasted each others food. Lamb, duck, seafood, everything they make is perfect. Especially for the price. Pair that with a friendly and helpful wait staff, and you’ve got an excellent noodle spot.

I got the marinated pork ears and the specialty noodle bowl while my friend got the roasted duck bowl. Literally everything was amazing ❤️ the noodles are incredible, the meats are so savory and flavorful, even the toppings were delicious! The serving sizes are good for the price (which is to say, a lot), and it’s fun to watch the chefs in the kitchen making the noodles by hand. I’m so happy I don’t have to go all the way to the city now to get such fantastic noodles!!

The subtle differences of a fresh handmade noodle hand stretched are hard to convey in words but worth trying! Oxtail soup was very good. It’s rare that you see oxtail outside of Caribbean or southern cooking!

Probably the closest thing to Chinese food in the city. The price is really cheap for the amount of food in the bowl!! The portion size is huge and I can never finish the bowl. The soup is really rich and flavorful. The hand pulled noodle is also amazing. I come here often because I miss the taste of NYC’s hand pulled noodles. Their spicy beef slices are also really good. There’s also a parking space outside which is really convenient. I highly recommend this place!
