Who owns this franchise? I just watched no less then 3 people walk out without buying food because the guy behind the counter is working by himself and mobile orders keep piling in. The other guy that was working left 10 minutes ago. The sandwich was fine but extremely understaffed and can’t keep up with orders or walk in customers.

Had a 5 star experience this most recent time. I’m a big fan of subway restaurants and have been to many. This time the young lady made my sandwich perfectly. That doesn’t sound like much, but I have a complicated sandwich and am picky. I deducted a star only because I’ve had such a terrible experience at this particular establishment a year ago and have been avoiding it ever since even though it’s very close to my home.

I’ve been coming to this Subway for at least 5 years and, even with the recent ownership change, they still deliver on good subs. Some of the employees could be a little friendlier, but they’re not rude by any means. If you’re looking to get a sub and get out, this is the place for you. The hot subs are always hot and the cold subs are always crisp and fresh. Service is fast, even with only one person working the counter. They make sure you get what you want and you can be on your way. I’ll continue to get a quick and tasty sub from this Subway when the mood hits me.

Everything is sticky! Tables and chairs. Bathroom is always clean but staff and owner of this establishment are not rude, but not very nice. Foods fresher here than on Coca-Cola Drive but Coca-Cola Dr is friendlier. This store is always hot!! Cold in the winter.

They always make the Chicken Teriyaki wrong. Marinating the Chicken in the Sweet onion sauce, and putting the Teriyaki in the squeeze bottle. As a former Subway employee, it’s definitely supposed to be the other way around
