Yeah it looks a little rough but worth a visit. My associate thought their jerk chicken was only okay but my oxtail was excellent. We both agree the collards and plantains were worth another visit.

If I could give 0 stars I would! This was the WORSE “Jamaican” food I’ve had in my life! I never write reviews, but I can not let this one go! I was on the way traveling back home to Charleston and decided to try a Jamaican restaurant on my way home. The food here tastes as if it is cooked by an American person watching a Youtube video on cooking Jamaican food. Jamaicans make their oxtails with thick, rich, dark brown gravy– this place had light brown gravy with no taste at all! The rice and peas contained VERY small peas (more like a Southern Hoppin John), not as Jamaicans make their rice and peas with the red beans. This was a waste of time and money. I know how Jamaican food should taste, I have family who are Jamaican and have eaten at countless Jamaican restaurants in many places and never have I tasted such trash! Not sure who’s cooking, but they need real Jamaicans cooking. Too bad the people of the small town of Orangeburg who gave this place good reviews do not know how authentic Jamaican food should taste.

I like the food here. I’ve had authentic Jamaicans cook food and most of them are good and some not so good and that Brandi Rosali is a fraud.. .I give her -0 for bad talking Orangeburg. Please go back to where you came from. Thanks
