I thought the name said it all GOLDEN but turn out it was horrible experience. I order 12 piece family meal spent about$50 but when I got home they only gave me 8 piece old chicken not fresh like it’s been there for 8 hours and on top of that I ordered half fried n half baked but they gave me all fried. Manager need to tell their employee to cook fresh chicken and employee should know better not to serve old food to the loyal customer. Im heading back up there to get a refund (they need to reimburse for my gas) Ruin my family dinner, better fried the chicken myself FRESH. Definitely won’t go back. Chick fil a it’s better top fast food restaurant out there (always serve fresh).

I was very tired and getting off work when I decided to at the last minute not cook and instead pick up some chicken, it was around almost closing time in which I had no idea at all! The young man that took my order was named Zion and he was so polite, very respectful with excellent customer service, my food was hot, good, and service with a smile! Thank you Zion for making my experience an awesome one! Me and my family will definitely be back!

Wow! Our family came in for dinner this evening and received excellent service and delicious food! It was also very clean on the inside, the staff did everything they could to accommodate us! Good place but drive thru should ask customers if they wanna spend 30 minutes or more(not kidding). to decide what they want and causes many people who left the line (2 customers above me) just simply they can ask them kindly to park and decide so you do not lose business.. Otherwise I go dine in most times and I enjoy the food place is clean recommend this place for sure.

Ok I tried to give them another chance but it’s a nope for me. This location the service is always trash whenever I go. Today was asked to place order only to be told they are closed a couple seconds later. It’s lunchtime. Save your time and sanity go to another location until they get new management.

Nice staff lady took my order and did fantastic. I was in the area grabbing the daughters lunch. I saw something that caught my attention 16 chicken tender meal…. I definitely will return when in the situation of hunger and nearby I really felt valued with my interaction with the staff. They were pleasant and smiling….that goes a long way!

The food can be kind of be off and on, depending on the day, but I still go there for the rolls and the catfish. The catfish pieces could be a lot larger, considering the price. But overall I give it a 4 Stars.
