Cheeseburgers are the best I’ve ever tasted in my life, fries ok, but they were a little cold, onion rings and Mozzarella sticks good but twice when I asked for sauce I had no sauce at all for my fries, onion rings or Mozzarella sticks . Other than that it was great, everyone was friendly.

90% of the time only accept door dash in stalls and make most people go through drive through. Never have any signage saying this though and just wasting time. It’s not the workers fault but the management need to work on finding ways to hire more individuals since they seem to be so understaffed.

We traveled from Boise to Coeur d’Alene to stay and go to Silverwood theme Park My son said he was hungry and wanted a burger not knowing where to go I saw Sonic and stopped not normally a big fan We both got burgers and we’re so pleasantly surprised. We stopped on 8.13.2023 around 11:30 a.m. and our burgers were absolutely phenomenal best Sonic experience ever thank you to the wonderful staff!!!

Food isn’t bad. We swing by when we drive thru moscow. Spent $19 on a meal and the dude tried to upcharge us for buffalo sauce when we forgot it and asked before we drove off. LOL. say whaaat!?

Only the Drive Thru is open, ordered food and asked for ketchup. I’ve ordered food from many places, but I’ve never once received one singular ketchup packet for a Medium Combo. Maybe should have sprung for the large for 1 packet and a half used one.

The guy in the drive thru was clueless. And was near impossible to communicate with. I just wanted onions on my chili dog and my burger. And apparently it was too much to ask cause I only got them on the dog.

I don’t recommend going here ever. Horrible service. The drive-thru was backed up when we arrived. We waited in the drive-thru for about 15 minutes and it wasn’t really moving so we got out of line because the individual drive up areas were lit up with lights. When we tried to order they said they couldn’t take our order and we would have to get back in the drive-thru line. Very unorganized and lazy if you ask me. You would think they would want to work on multiple orders to get things moving. They were super rude and I will never return to this sonic.

Always a good experience when I come through in the morning. I just found out today from My Man in the drive thru (SHOUT OUT to you) for keeping business on point and real, Good Customer service is hard to find in a world of egomaniacs! And another one to mention is The Cook (SHOUT OUT to you) hiding off in the kitchen in the morning dude has never messed an order up that I’ve placed. I can’t eat certain things sometimes and the cook has always been on point! Kudos to you man! So to those two particular individuals ROCK ON!! I know the ones who can make changes read this.. c’mon take care of these guys they are CRUSHING IT and keeping the name of Sonic clean in the eyes of the public during morning drive to work.
