Done coming back to this location! They screw up my order at least 50% of the time, and young female staff are rude. I went back through the drive thru to get my order corrected and the staff argued with me at the speaker, claiming they knew they made my order right. I emailed the store manager to share my experience and they never sent me a resolution or offer of any refund/apology. Poor management and customer service, and drive thru always has long lines… store is almost always closed for walk-in service.

First time at the new location in Maple Grove. Not impressed at all. They only carry a few types of donuts and were out of the one I came for. Seriously? How are they called a donut shop if they barely have any donuts. Walmart carries a better variety. I wont be back.

Super irritating that I have to figure out how to key in my families complicated coffee orders versus ordering with the 2 workers standing around telling me they can help with cash but not credit card. So many easier ways to get coffee across the street…..

I went in the afternoon on National Donut day. Slim Pickens, but that was to be expected. The service was top notch. I believe the person helping us was Keira (sp?). Prompt, courteous and friendly. Clean on the inside too

Only the drive-tru is open. Long line and half of the time they messed up my orders. They never have every donuts in stock, even at 9 AM in the morning. I ordered a small drink and what I got was extra small. You’re better off going to another location.
