She asked me what I want to order and I asked her to give me a second please, she should know that sometimes we look at the menu to see what we want but anyways she asked me again “ can I take your order and I told her we’re just looking at the menu can you give me a second. She said I gave you 40 seconds now what … l think this place should learn how to be respectful especially the girls. It’s not like we were holding up the line there was no one there. This was one of the worst customer service experiences ever. The cashier had a bad attitude from the start with her facial expressions and the questioning of my order. Then on top of that, she started to prepare my French fries with no gloves. Everyone else in the establishment was wearing gloves except her. I then questioned why she wasn’t wearing gloves and she proceeded to dance around the question and avoid the situation at hand. Don’t come here unless you want terrible service and want to be aggravated by the time you leave.

Once we were ready to order at the window no one responded. we stood there for about 3 minutes and NO RESPONSE. The person in front of us also got a no response. The customer service sucks. I’ve been here maybe 5 times. Always check your receipt before leaving. The cashier made fries and burned them, so I had to wait for a new batch, you would think he would actually fill the cup since I waited (not even extra fries for my wait). They added cheese to my burger which I didn’t ask for and charged me for it too.

The 2nd worst of the burger kings I’ve visited. Almost worse than Neptune Burger King. Look on any BK advertisements to see what the bacon cheeseburger should look like….then look at the photo of my order from today on route 22 Union N.J. Also, this hockey puck was ice cold. Threw this item out.

The absolute worse customer service from the manager. The way she speaks to the customers is a disgrace! Corporate must not look at the reviews. Even the food is horrible here. Just don’t go!
