Taste ok. Pork in the states has that stinky smell, but that’s inevitable. No Japanese staff. Deft not authentic. Force 10% service fee but not actual service. Final verdict- expensive American ramen.

The Ramen was incredible so flavorful best Ramen I’ve ever had. The bao buns were sooo soft and flavorful and the spicy tuna crispy rice was so good ! Everything was great service was good . Can’t wait to come back !!

Great ramen place in Irvine. Upscale place with mostly outdoor seating. Chairs are very nice and extremely comfortable.

This first time trying this place. We ordered Tonkotsu ramen, shoyu ramen and crispy chicken. We like the food but if the shoyu base is a bit salty. The tonkotsu soup base is pretty creamy and thick, we all like it. They gave us garlic and hot sauce on the side. Those make the broth taste even better. The crispy chicken is okay, not bad. Overall, it is a pretty solid ramen restaurant.

First time there wanted to try this new Japanese concept using Ramen . The order was large , soup very salty . The service was great , seating inside is limited and they don’t take cash

Excellent Ramen, pricey, easy on the protein, great flavor, great service. They add automicly 10% service charge, which can be waived if requested. Wish they would add more protein for the price. Otherwise great Ramen!

We had couple of ramen. The pork, egg and noodles were of perfect texture. I like the added spinach, which is uncommon. My only wish is that the broth wasn’t so salty. But that seems the be the norm across most ramen places.

I lived in Japan for years. This is the closest imitation of real Japanese ramen I’ve found in OC. Sorry, it’s nothing like Tokyo, but the meat is well cooked and the broth is much better than other Chinese and Korean owned “ramen shops” around Orange County masquerading as actual Japanese cheffed restaurants. The service was good and the environment was nice. I think this chain is the best in the area but I highly suggest all ramen lovers go to Tokyo at least once in their life. Any tiny piece of garbage ramen shop there is 10X better than any ramen place in America. It’s just the way it is. Same with American restaurants in Tokyo. They suck too. See?

MSG not friendly. Got allergic reaction from eating their tonkatsu ramen. If you like thick creamy soup ramen and don’t mind MSG, this is for you.
