I’ve been here probably 20+ times over the last six months; it has become my go-to restaurant in the area. Staff are always friendly and attentive and the food is always INCREDIBLE. Don’t listen to the mediocre reviews. If you want a huge Tex-Mex burrito that lasts you three meals and is stuffed with cheese, this may not be the place for you. But if you want a fresh, authentic, delicious experience, this is that restaurant. We’ve tried many of the items on the menus, and they’ve all been amazing. The mojo cilantro rice is the best rice I’ve had in my life, and I can’t even pick a favorite item because they’re ALL. SO. GOOD. You have to come and try the food here, you won’t regret it!

One place where the taste and price were just right. Located in a great shopping area Rosa Mexican Kitchen is a must. Would have gotten a 5-star except for the chips and salsa a little bland. The tacos were a little greasy/wet but still tasty. It’s a small restaurant with seating outside. This will be one of my go-to Mexican spots in town.

Our food was delicious, service was good and there was a nice selection of drinks. They had several vegetarian options. I got the tempura cauliflower and mahi mahi tacos. Everyone else at the table was very happy with their meals. Hoping to make it back and try a few more dishes.

This place really was a great experience for our family. The food and service were excellent and the whole atmosphere was fun with great music. I would highly recommend any of the margs or drinks! They were strong and delicious. We would happily come back in the future!

Wow, this place is my absolute favorite Mexican restaurant in Colorado so far! Mundo provided exceptional service! He was super kind, fast and very welcoming. The food was perfect. This is the only restaurant here that reminds me of the food I had in Mexico. Everything is fresh and presented beautifully!

I’ve had the dasher bring me tacos from Rosa’s twice and decided to actually go there. A bright, lively scene greeted us as we walked thru the door. Our server Maria helped me fill my margarita flight…the Tamarind one was wonderful. Maybe next time I’ll be brave enough to try the avocado one! Fresh guacamole on thin crispy blue tortilla chips was creamy and crunchy and a large portion. Sorry no pictures of the tacos…but I was half way through before I even thought of pics. The Tijuana is still my fav..the seasonings and cook on the meat are perfect. Plus I’m a heat wimp and these are full of flavor but not heat! I feel this is my new neighbor place for tacos and margaritas!

Wow. I don’t have a single negative thing to say about this place. I’ve been a couple times now and the food is always phenomenal! The decor is beautiful. The staff is always upbeat and friendly. The kitchen staff clearly enjoys their jobs, every time I’ve heard them in the back singing along to the music and laughing with the staff.

I didn’t even want 2 give them a star!! It waz the worst experience ever!! The food waz disgusting n the Bloody Mary waz also disgusting n sent it back. We should of sent the food back but r waitress waz so rude n acted like it waz a bother!! We will never go back n will definitely tell all my family n friendz. The food looked good but it WAZNT!!
