Well I haven’t eaten here in quite some time. So I tried today 12/14/2021 for lunch for me and my kids. I have to say we only ordered wings with fries and they were damn good. The food came nice and hot, the lady that took the order was very nice and polite. So I will definitive them another try..

Took a long time to answer the phone. Took a hour to bring the order I called to see where the order was she put me on hold for 10 minutes. My food finally came while I was put on hold and I didn’t like anything it didn’t taste good. First time I ever ordered from a Chinese store and it didn’t taste good I had general toast chicken and shrimp egg foo young. My last time order from there my stuff came to 16 something driver took the change without even asking could he have it I usually tip I didn’t this time.

Ordered food that was supposed to arrive in 30-45 minutes….an hour later, the delivery driver called to tell me he was outside with our food. I go to my front door and there was no one there. He immediately called me back to ask me was I gonna open the door. I informed him that he was not in front of my home. After almost 10 minutes he understood that not only was he on the wrong street, but he was IN THE WRONG TOWN. I gave him the correct address complete with the correct zip code….and 25 minutes later after a phone call to this establishment, I cancelled the order, which never made it it to my home. But not before the “person in charge” failed to take any responsibility or even apologize for her driver’s mistake. She even suggested that I let him bring the food and I could see if it is still warm!!! NO THANK YOU…..Initially we were only canceling the order….now we are canceling this place as a takeout spot….Very Poor China King…..Must do better…..SMH

Not authentic Chinese! It wasn’t very good. Although my daughter had the dumplings and liked them, they didn’t have a thick enough dumpling around them. You could see though them. The filling was a good size considering. The Egg Foo young was not good, barely edible and the chicken wings were not bad, just extra crispy. The food was flavorless and I will not eat there ever again.

The staff is incompetent. Ordered once and received food that was adequate but overpriced. Then, tried to order again and they refused to listen to me when I told them my address. My address happens to be odd in that is listed with a hyphen in it. They continuously ignored that part of my address for some reason, probably believing I didn’t know where I lived. Then, when I offered to give them directions, they continued to just tell me they can’t find my address and refused to try again.

I have moved all over Delaware county I have changed Barber grocery stores places to play my car insurance but this Chinese store is my number one go to the food is fresh the employees are kind and they also offer combination deals and free accommodations for lunch and dinner specials. Little things like that show in appreciation so thank you for your good service and quality of food
