The Dining Grandpa
Stopped by here for the first time this afternoon. I have passed by here for years, and now I wonder why. What a delightful little sports bar. They have a restaurant attached that’s open during certain hours. Or you can always eat in the bar. The bar has a very nice atmosphere, and is tastefully decorated. Sit at the bar, tables or booths. Plenty of TVs to watch, whatever game you’re interested in. And now the food, I had a tenderloin with onion rings, and I got some chicken wings for the wife as take home. I must say, that was the best tenderloin I have ever eaten, bar none. And the wife thoroughly enjoyed her chicken wings. I’m quite looking forward to coming back in the future, with the Wife next time. I will not be driving by this place without stopping by for a bite in the future. I highly recommend stopping by here, if the tenderloin is any indication of the food, then everything must be fantastic. Do stop by and pay a visit. Don’t be like me and keep driving by, you’ll be missing a real treat.

First time visit. Will likely go again if I’m in the area. Very good service! The food was as good as you’d expect. I had an avocado salad and didn’t need more. Even uncle Ronnie (81) was happy with his tenderloin. So, all things considered, it was a good lunch!

Casual spot with moderate prices and consistent food. They have the best breaded mushrooms in Indy and have the best clam chowder I’ve ever eaten (including Boston). Try the sirloin served sizzling on hot iron platter. Been eating here for years. It’s a go to restaurant when you need to please everyone in the party.

Sahm’s is still a great neighborhood pub and restaurant. I’ve been eating at Sahms for almost 10 years. The food is always been quality and the servers have always been friendly. There’s plenty of seating to enjoy family and friends. The breakfast casserole always hits the spot. An easy place to recommend when someone asks “where should we eat?’

Excellant food as always! The service was good to. Having moved to the south side 6 years ago, we haven’t been in Sahm’s for a while. The booths are really in need of repair. Shabby. Sorry to see such a great pla e go downhill. It was our go to lunch and dinner spot. If you want a pork tenderloin to die for, onion rings and the best fried mushrooms Sahm’s is the Best!

Very good place for a casual meal. I’ve gone here for years and it’s a nice no frills place. Solid American food. I’ve not had a bad meal there. The star of the show is the coffee cake. A slice is nice, or you can take an entire one home frozen. I’m a big fan!

Was so hungry forgot the photos … had an incredible ribeye steak, baked potato, salad and chicken tortilla soup @ Sam’s Place (65th Keystone Ave). The soup was on point and a little spicy, salad was good size and fantastic balsamic vinaigrette dressing with a baked potato. We often share a meal to keep the flavor high and calories low.

Excellent quality food with great service in a comfortable, welcoming atmosphere. The fish and chips were excellent, and the chicken quesadilla appetizer was delicious. The breaded mushrooms are also a must, perfect side. Great prices too!
