I don’t think I was a Jersey Mike’s fan before this location opened but me and my family order food at least once a week and we’ve grown to be big fans. Whether it’s to eat at home, go to the soccer game or head to the lake, easy to order on the app and they usually get it done pretty darn fast. Been super impressed so far and would recommend if you’re in the mood for a sandwich.

Worst ever! I ordered a giant Buffalo on gluten free bread. I get to my car and the sandwich was not cut in half. I took back in the store and they said they cut it. I unwrapped the sandwich and said where. They admitted they did not cut it in half. The sand was drenched in sauce. Bread wet! Then when I took it back to the car and left there were no napkins in the bag. It was like eat wet bread in chipotle sauce. Where was the chicken? It was nearly $22 and ended up in the trash.

Another pleasant experience with the Jersey Mike’s on Kelly Park road. The service was quick and efficient as usual but special. Kudos to the young lady taking orders. She was able to get orders from four people standing in line and didn’t did anything mixed up?

Not very happy with the service. We ordered subs from Uber Eats which is technically a sub contractor for them. And they should be responsible for the errors that they made. It’s not a coincidence. Both subds were wrong. After I spend 50$ on a sun I expect service. When I called to let them know I asked for the manager sounds like a kid. I saw my wife put everything in the notes. They want us to fix the problem. We paid you for not having this happen. Very expensive. Now I’m going to open a can of mushrooms and heat it up and put my own on it. If this is the kind of service you’re looking for stay away from this Jersey Mike’s. They are new so hopefully they staff up or do some major training.

The most poorly managed and laziest staffed Jersey Mikes I’ve ever been to. 2 customers in the store besides me and it took over 20 minutes to get a cheesesteak? The locations in Orlando go 30 people deep and turn subs way faster then this location. Really disappointed that I can’t get subs at the location near me but I’m not rewarding this location with my business. I’ll never be back. They won’t make it long unless it’s literally gutted from management to employees.

The food was good but the lady did not understand that I wanted a bigger sub for me and my son to split so she gave us a regular one I went back up there to get another one in one of the girls thought that I could not hear them say another one yes another one it could have been for somebody else to go and I clearly looked at her and said I heard you but I thought that was very rude because I thought selling subs was your job that’s your salary that your hourly wages they need to work customer service

My family placed an online order tonight (2/10) and pick up time said 7:21. The members of our party waited at this location for a half hour for the food and were told multiple times “it’s on the grill.” In the mean time dozens of people walked in, placed their order at the counter, got their food, and left. You lost us tonight.
