Women at hostess Station wasn’t too friendly and seemed mad when we ask for a particular server. Food was typical tex mex and not prepared as ordered and had to send back to have redone. I’ll probably never visit again.

Good live music, (no more live music) and good local Mexican food. No need to drive all the way into town to get good tasting hot fajitas. *update. No more live music, but still great food. Great service, (they’ll ferment your name and what you order level of great service) and fairly priced. New menus, but same items with a few new ones. Definitely worth the stop.

When we moved to the area I’ll be honest… I was hesitant to try Ixtapa mainly because so many of the Mexican restaurants in our area all seem to offer the same thing. But I am so happy we decided to try it and it has now become one of our go to places at least twice a month. Their salsa is amazing, not too hot and perfectly balanced. My husband loves their shrimp quesadillas and with me being vegetarian they make the BEST veggie fajitas and include carrots, broccoli and cauliflower in with the peppers, tomato and onion. The flavor is amazing.
