I wish i could give zero stars. The lady who greated me at the order board was rude to start. And I had a moblie order so there wasn’t much she needed to do. But when I got to the window I watch the lady bagging my food with no gloves on and touching all of my fries. Literally grabbing them from the tip and touching all the fries with her bare hand. Like how do I know she washed her hands. For all I know she could have just came out of the bathroom and didn’t wash her hands and yet she’s there touching my children food as well as my husband’s and my food with bare hands. They need to start wearing gloves when bagging orders cause that’s disgusting to watch some stranger touch the food your about to eat with their bare hands. Not to mention who forgets to order toys, a dang cookie isn’t goin make up for a toy to a 4 and 2 year that want the toy.

I have not had a problem at this Burger King in almost 3 years until recently. The man that takes the orders is always rushing me the last three times I have been there within the last three months. I did not say that I was done ordering and I was still talking, but he proceeded to tell me what my total was. I never receive any sauces when I asked, unless at the window and asking for them a second time. This was the same man the last three times. Very rude, taking my order, but all smiles at the window, giving me my food. My family and I will not be back.

My food was OK, after waiting for about 10min. No one bothered to tell me there would be a wait nir an apology for the wait. Glad the sandwich was fresh but some customer service would have been appreciated. The kids they have running this establishment could seem to care less.
