I have been coming to this dunkin for 7 years now. Today, 5/18 at exactly 7:25 am, I went to the drive thru to order two things, a drink and a sandwich. I waited in the line for 8 mins only to be talked to rudely by an employee. Waited another 3 mins to get my order only to be told that they don’t have my sandwich. She yelled at me “I don’t have the sandwich but you can’t order anymore because you’re gonna hold up the line”. She didn’t even ask if I wanted to order something that is quick like a donut. I have expressed my dislike of the situation and she yelled at me “go!!!”. This is a young girl. I just hate to see that this dunkin has gone from good to worst over the years. They are not trained to handle even the smallest of problem. Rudeness and intimidation is best served at this dunkin, please be warned!

Not sure why all the hate in all the reviews, it really made me think twice about going there. I think those bad reviews are done intentionally by a bunch of kids who did not like the order and are in denial jajaaj. I went twice there at 2am and at 11am at different days and the service was standard . The kiosk service actually made the order to go pretty quickly .I ordered in both times Light medium coffee, sausage egg and cheese on multigrain bagel, and hash brown . They were done right and it was actually delicious . What you would expect from a regular Dunkin’ Donuts .

We need our coffee yes, but we don’t need a headache, especially 1st thing in the morning. I went through it so you wont have to. I waited 15mns for my breakfast (per usual) got my order, noticed it was wrong, asked for the right item, and was proceeded to be yelled at, saying “Move your holding up the line”. No thank you Dunkin, they should call it Dunkin Damage because that is what you you will get if you go here.

I ordered a cinnamon rasin bagel & large coffee, milk-no sugar. Simple right? After several minutes, no c&r bagels. Now you tell me? The coffee had enough sugar to induce shock. 2 Simple items and they couldn’t get it right. 0 stars.

You’re better off going to sit down diner, and having a full meal within 30 minutes Then to come to the drive-through window and wait about the same amount of time for them to just get your order completely wrong. I’ve worked in food service before and it’s astonishing to me that these workers get orders wrong all the time…just close down your Better off. The people who are there obviously don’t wanna be there.
