The customer service is horrible! I had a small complaint about my order because the cook made a mistake and messed up my entire order (which happens) but when i politely asked the manager if he could fix my order he argued with me about it for ten minutes and after realising he was wrong by checking the computer ticket he reluctantly fixed the problem with no apology of any kind. Also i recently drove over 30 miles to their location to only find out they were closed and the hours stated on the website and google maps is wrong. I called and the manager the next day and he did not seem to care about that either. I will not be going back again.

Got something simple – the pork bbq platter with baked beans and cole slaw. Any BBQ joint worth their salt can handle that. WRONG! Got a plate with about a cup of fatty pork, just mushy fat with bits of meat, hardly any smoke flavor. Cole slaw that was a day past its prime and baked beans from a can. The piece of Texas Toast I got was soft bread on one side and nearly burned on the other. I got a sweet tea that was stale. Yikes….what a waste. My boyfriend got the bbq chicken platter, it was barely 1 chicken breast cut up with a little sauce drizzled over it. He’s a good eater and he didn’t finish half of his, I left 3/4 of mine, just disgusting. Will not be back.

Love Shane’s. Not only is the food absolutely amazing but the customer service is excellent. They’re food is fresh and they’re fast. Been going there for years and never been disappointed ever. Would recommend them to everyone.

Thank goodness this place closed down. I hated working there, but the only reason ill give this place a 3, is because of the people i enjoyed meeting and serving food to. Wish my manager would had told the place was closing, so i could had at least apply somewhere else.
