I did not think it was possible for this location to get any worse. This is a franchise and not a corporate location, the owner needs to have his franchise revoked. Low quality and never consistent, skimp on the toppings and the employees are always dry begging for xtra tips outside of the online order autotip.

This place is usually outstanding but Tuesday was $13 wasted. The crust must have been wet because it wouldn’t cook in the middle. We used the proper cooking instructions like usual but the middle if the pizza undercooked and towards the crust overcooked. We will give them another chance but definitely bummed.

I absolutely love P Murphs. Order from this location and never had a problem. Tonight was the first time (pizzas were missing an ingredient) but they remade them in less than five minutes and offered a free side for the inconvenience. Great crew here, keep up the good work!

Only 2 people in the whole store while 3 people were waiting to order, felt like their was no urgency to their craft. Pizza was good, as Papa Murphy’s always is (it’s like Subway, you can’t really mess that part up).

I went to this location for the $5.99 large thin crust pepperoni or sausage pizza. I asked if I could do half pepperoni and half sausage. I was told no. I am hoping to understand this. I am sure the kids behind the counter were just trying to do their job and follow the special, but the toppings were essentially the same. The special applied to either pepperoni or sausage. What is the difference if I requested half and half? I love your product and am a frequent customer, but this was a little disappointing. My son likes sausage and my daughter likes pepperoni. I basically had to choose who I was going to have upset. Any response is appreciated. Thank you. Despite this somewhat frustrating experience, great product and good people working there.
