Ordered a large cheese pizza and a small Italian sub. The pizza was amazing, it’s not a regular pizza, It’s a thicker crust, doughy deliciousness pizza! I got the sub to split with mom, but was so full from the pizza i didn’t try the sub. Returned to mom’s a day later, there was no sub left. Mom liked it so much! Will definitely be back for another Italian sub, this time A large! along with a pepperoni pizza. Excited excited

Okay again generous toppings, but where is the darn sauce? Pizza NOT a calzone!!! Third time, I’m done !! Pizza deserves a tasty garlicky sauce, not just dough! Have come here for close to 30 years…. Three strikes you are OUT! Was starving, barely ate one slice of a large Pizza, it was pretty aweful!!!

It was quiet when I went. I got a slice of the Sicilian style. Just a simple sausage and pineapple, made to order, and it was awesome. The bottom was crispy with a lovely crunch, but not burnt at all, so the slices didn’t flop around. The upper bread was thick and fluffy, but not super dense. The sauce and toppings were light and tasty. And the price was more than reasonable. Definitely a delicious and worthwhile pizza!

Have been a papous customer for years. Took a break for quite some time and when we retuned as customers during Covid we were very happy!!! Amazing food, huge portions, no complaints about pricing either. The owner (made)is always there working and making sure his customers are taken care of and leave happy!!! I have one small complaint and by the looks of other reviews I’m not the only one that thinks this. We usually order once a week and it’s a decent order ($80-$90) we have 4-6 people in our family depending on the night lol and when I call to place order the girl who answers has a very poor attitude, I speak my order slowly just so she can understand me better and after each item she reply’s is that it and she’s very snippy (I usually will say I have 4 subs and a pizza before even starting my order) several times she sighs like it’s a bother me placing an order for my family. Tonight I was very hesitant to even order when she picked up the phone but I went ahead to see if she would be the same way or if the last time she was just having a bad night (everyone has their days, I don’t judge) but unfortunately same exact sighs after each item, very rude, I honestly felt like we were a bother to her by placing an order for my family to enjoy some take out for my nieces Birthday weekend!!! At the end of the order she said 20 and hung up phone (I was going to ask that the dressings not be mixed in the salad and if I could get it on the side and I’d pay extra if needed but nope not even a hey thanks for calling please give us 20-30 mins like everyone else does when they take an order at Papous!!!! So from now on when I call and if she answers I’ll not be placing an order and maybe lll walk in and order and maybe be treated a little better! I know this isn’t how she was trained causes it’s only when she answers. Hoping this review is taken seriously (I still gave 5 stars cause of the owners, food and other staff are absolutely amazing!!! Just don’t want the one bad apple to ruin it for a business in the long run that’s why I’m leaving a detailed review. When your giving a business almost $400 a month for take out u would hope they would take ur reviews seriously and look into the issue!!!

Always get their baked haddock with rice for supper and it’s big enough for 2 of us to share. Great portion sizes….Also love their pizza, subs & salads! I have not had anything from here that I didn’t like. And the owners are nice people.

Ordered a large steak and cheese calzone and was overly impressed. It was loaded with steak and cheese and it easily can serve 4 people. It was delicious and I will order again. Also, their vegetarian pizza is too good to describe. Their vegetables are full size not the grated kind other places offer. Can’t go wrong!

Food is always correct and always good! Fries are my favorite. The owners are so sweet but one girl is always rude on the phone no phone etiquette at all. I don’t like going when she answers.

Tasty subs, great service and very reasonably priced. They make a nice pulled pork and custom made me a Cuban sandwich that was very tasty. A little heavy on the mayo but I’ll correct that the next time I go there. Definitely worth it!!
