This location is the best Chicken Express within 100 miles.. I’ve been several times in the past couple of months. Every single time.. the food is fresh, HOT, delicious and i think they put crack in it.. lol. We drive purposely to Chickasha just to eat here.. its amazing!! Oh and the employees are always nice and friendly!!

Usually a great experience here. Good food, decent service. But suddenly switching the hush puppy recipe to include whole corn kernels is insane. And then to not inform customers of the change is just as insane. No one wants a hush puppy filled with whole corn kernels, if they did they would order corn nuggets.

I recently purchased a 3 Piece Fish Combo from the Chicken Express located in Chickasha, Oklahoma. The meal was overly, salty, overly greasy and the fish was chewy like beef jerky. I threw out the meal after one bite of the fish. I love their chicken but if this meal is any indication then they should stop trying to serve fish. If I could give zero stars I would.

Man I come here a lot, maybe a little to much and I’m always happy when I leave except for today. We decided to eat in today and when we first walked in there was no clean table’s at all everything was covered in crumb’s trash or food the floors were disgusting and we ate our food after a lady wiped a table down but didn’t wipe any other’s down, we stayed and ate our food we have been here for about 45 mins and nothing has been done everything is still dirty and the trash cans are completely full.

The food was pretty good. However, I ordered a leg, and it was unavailable. So I was stuck with a breast. I’m not going to go into my medical issues right now, but a breast is not something I can really eat at this time. The staff was unapologetic and did not offer substitute options. Again, the food is great. The place is dirty, and the staff seem like they hate their job, and it makes them really unapproachable.

I am not a fan of this place. I will not go back there. The young boy at the window was literally cleaning the drive thru window with his hands when I pulled up. He did not wash his hands before he took my card. He did not wash his hands while dropping fries. I spoke to the manager. She said she would talk to him. He even had dirt under his nails. That is not a good look at all.
