Hadn’t had jets in 3 yrs. Tried it tonight, ordered online, I got new York style pizza and then bf got deep dish Cajun crust on that one. Ordered basically at 5pm, said 26 mins, got there a few mins early, and already done. Super fast. Great pizza, love the New York style, new favorite. Great customer service, zero problems.

Worst order ever! Not at all happy spending $34 on an order that was made incorrectly! I ordered boneless wings(honey bbq) they were over cooked & had little to no bbq sauce! Ordered Jets bread(they were fine)! Ordered a Jets boat with double pepperoni, double ham & double bacon( the guy that took my order switched it to an itialian deli boat) after hanging up the phone I called right back….I said I just wanted double ham, double pepperoni & double bacon(I also said I just wanted to make sure that it was not going to have tomato, lettuce or salami) the guy then said no just what U ordered! I got home & the Jets boat had no cheese, no sauce, little ham, little bacon, little pepperoni, lots of lettuce, lots of tomato & had salami! Tried calling back & no luck being that the automated recording said they were closed!

Ordered a pizza and a cheese bread and the pizza was missing the crust topping and they forgot the cheese bread. Called them and they said the crust topping is free so they dont do anything when they screw it up. Driver brought the cheese bread later at least.

I love their pizza. You can get it round pizza square pizza or even the Detroit style. I have had the super supreme and the blt. Both worth going for. They also have salads and other items subs and desserts. Which ever your in the mood for. I like the new text to order so then it’s not getting messed up or confused.

This is now the second time this location has forgotten the bottle of ranch I’ve ordered. This time I called the location and they were blaming it on the DoorDash driver. It’s best to note that I ordered through the Jets website so they are out sourcing the delivery through DoorDash. Ownership of how orders go out is on this location. Sadly because they mostly use DoorDash for delivery your pizza gets delivered cold because they do not have to tools to keep it warm.
